Taylor J Anderson is a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Dakota, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors program recognition. Taylor continued her education at the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2024. In her first year of law school, Taylor won the annual Sam Masten Moot Court Competition. Throughout law school, Taylor served as the President of the Moot Court Board, was a member of the Marjorie Breeden Society, represented the law school as an ambassador, worked as a research assistant in the admissions and marketing department, and participated in the School of Law Admissions and Scholarship Committee.

Taylor’s law practice focuses solely on civil litigation, including motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle collisions, worker’s compensation litigation, bad faith, personal injury, railroad litigation and premises liability cases.
Outside the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
