Russ Janklow Named to NAOPIA Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys in South Dakota

Mar 15, 14

The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (NAOPIA) has awarded Russ Janklow the Top 10 Attorney Award for 2013. This prestigious honor recognizes Russ as one of the best personal injury attorneys in the country, and ranks him as one of the Top 10 personal injury attorneys in South Dakota. With this award, the NAOPIA highlights attorneys that consistently excel in protecting the rights of the injured.

To qualify for Top 10 recognition, an attorney must first be nominated by another practicing attorney. Then the NAOPIA uses a rigorous, independent evaluation process to judge the knowledge, skill, expertise, experience and success of the attorney’s personal injury practice. Further evaluation is based on education, case outcomes, trial experience, formal training and published works, as well as client and peer reviews.

This prestigious distinction recognizes Attorney Janklow’s mastery in the personal injury practice area.  Licensed for over 25 years, Russ Janklow focuses his practice on personal injury law and has the professional credentials and recognition of his peers to earn him multiple national publications.

The personal injury team at Janklow Law helps victims of auto, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, pedestrian and farm accidents to recover compensation against the wrongdoer.
