Johnson Janklow Abdallah Wins $96,439.99 Judgment for Injured Client

Apr 7, 15

Johnson Janklow Abdallah is pleased to announce that a Lincoln County jury issued a favorable verdict to one of the firm's clients injured in a car accident.

The defendant's insurance company initially refused to pay anything to settle the claim. At trial, the jury was charged with considering the permanent nature of our client's injury. After deliberating for several hours on July 31, 2014, the jury rendered a verdict in our client's favor, finding that the defendant's negligence was the legal cause of our client's injuries and awarding compensatory damages in the amount of $96,439.99, including interest and costs.

Attorney Scott Abdallah represented the injured driver.
