Former First Lady Laura Bush Visits Johnson Janklow Abdallah in Connection with Charity Event

Former First Lady, Laura Bush, attended a reception at Johnson, Abdallah, Bollweg & Parsons, LLP on November 16, 2011 to help raise money for children's charities. The reception was part of the annual South Dakota Law Enforcement Appreciation Dinner and Children's Charity Fundraiser which is organized each year by the Abdallah family. Following her initial reception at Johnson, Abdallah, Bollweg & Parsons, LLP, Mrs. Bush addressed approximately 1,600 people at the main event in the Ramkota Exhibit Hall in Sioux Falls. United States Attorney Brendan Johnson, a former partner at Johnson, Abdallah, Bollweg & Parsons, LLP, was on hand to welcome Mrs. Bush at the main event. To date, the South Dakota Law Enforcement Appreciation Dinner and Children's Charity Fundraiser has raised well over $1,500,000 for needy children throughout South Dakota.
