Firm's Client Wins Supreme Court Appeal in Estate Litigation

Johnson, Abdallah, Bollweg & Parsons, LLP is pleased to announce that the South Dakota Supreme Court has affirmed a trial court's decision in favor of one of its clients in a dispute over an estate containing a substantial amount of farmland in southeastern South Dakota.

Attorney Pamela Bollweg successfully represented the firm's client at trial.

Ron Parsons, head of the firm's appellate department, successfully argued the case before the South Dakota Supreme Court.
